Being an otaku, especially in California, always seems to bring along random gatherings of adventure and food. As an otaku, it is easier to meet new otaku because they also have a similar interest. Just a keychain of Hatsune Miku, or a TShirt of Haruhi Suzumiya, then, instantly, a conversation between the otaku is sparked.
