Wassup, fellow toy geeks and nerd peeps!!!

IT'S FIGURE FRIDAYSSS!!!! Today, I decided to use Figure Fridays!!! for a toy comic, much like how I turned M.u.s.c.l.e. Mondays!!! into a 4-Panel comic. TODAY. I brought back my on again, off again strip, "Still Plays With Toys..."!!! woo!!!

All this talk about He-Man, and having a Castle Grayskull already ready to go for shooting, I wanted to play a little with my figures. What ended up happening was a grown otaku playing with toys... What a sad life... lol

Figure Fridays: At The Castle Walls

It's FIGURE FRIDAY!!!!!!

For this set, I wanted to place some figures in front of Castle Grayskull, a playset from Mattel's Masters of the Universe 200X line.

Now, I don't remember if I've ever had the original Castle Grayskull, but I do recall owning Skeletor's Snake Mountain, and Hordak's cave playsets.

Figure Fridays! - 5/17/13 Secret Location!

FIGURE FRIDAYS!!! Bringing you all kinds of Toy Photography for you Friday enjoyment! Yes, I still post Toy Photos during the week, but, Fridays will be a set schedule for these plastic works of art!

While scouting for places for cosplay photography, my brother and I hit up (SECRET LOCATION) and took some photos here!

While taking Toy Photography at different places, one of the things, that I enjoy, is creating a scene with the figures. This gives the toys life and makes them feel alive. No longer are they the static statuesque figure that gets placed on a shelf and forgotten, now, when caught by the camera, a moment is captured and it feels real.

Behind the Scenes of the Kenshin Shoot

The behind the scenes pics from the Kenshin shoot! AND... what's this? A new cosplayer appears?!?? lol Since most of our scheduling is basically last minute, Facebook tends to be our main source of communication and Cosplayer gathering. So, when we posted that we were going to be shooting in that area, one of our fellows came along with another cosplayer.

At the same time, I wanted to also shoot some photos of figures with the sakura. I used this time as a test and practice for our other sakura gathering events later that month.
