FIGURE FRIDAYS!!!
I got an invite for Google+'s Figure group, and this week's theme is "Uniforms"! The FIRST thing to come to mind was the Gundam uniforms, so that's what I snapped first. Then, Power Rangers, Resident Evil, and school uniforms.

Uniforms give a sense of "team" or "group" with other things, in this case, figures and toy lines. Whether it be a school uniform, military or Super Sentai, a uniform gives the characters their power, their importance within your collection.

Had a small photoshoot with one of my buds in Fullerton! Look at that SWAG!!! Rose, from Enix Remix Cosplay Group!

In between cosplay shoots, cosplayers and photogs still like to take pics. It's great practice for both which ends up strengthening the cosplay shoots they they have in the future.

M.u.s.c.l.e. Mondays!!! - FOODPORN!!! 5/27/13

Wassup, M.u.s.c.l.e. Heads!!!

M.u.s.c.l.e. is a great toy line, even by today's standards, when it comes to sheer variety and portability. I carry around 4-5 of these figures in a small ziploc bag in my pocket wherever I go.They are small, so it's quite difficult taking photos of them. Because of their size, I found that using your camera phone, in my case, an iPhone, was a good choice!

Wherever I go, these little guys come along too! And... bringing a whole new meaning of "playing with my food"!

Figure Fridays!!! - THE BEACH!!! 5/24/13

SUMMER is almost here!!! Being a native Californian, Summer always meant going to the beach and chillin by the ocean and riding some choice waves on a surfboard. Going "Beast Mode", on being otaku, going to the beach also means cosplay photos, of figure/toy photos!

This little beach was right next to the larger Heisler Park, in Laguuna Beach. Being Laguna Beach, most parking spaces were metered... sooo.... we just kept looking for a free spot, which resulted in us finding this place! Not a bad place! Not crowded, also semi secluded, AND FREE PARKING!
